Humberto Tan presented the two awards to the Netherlands Police Academy team

Last Thursday evening, our website, politieacademie.nl, won two silver awards in the Website of the Year competition. During a festive award ceremony at Circa Amsterdam, we received silver awards for both the best and most popular website. Needless to say, we are extremely proud of this achievement!

It was not until the very last moment that the winners in the Education & Training category, in which Politieacademie.nl was nominated, were revealed. In front of a large audience representing major brands and websites, presenter Humberto Tan finally ended the suspense by announcing that politieacademie.nl had won not one, but two awards.

Best and most popular website

In a total of 39 categories, the Dutch public voted for the best and most popular websites and apps. The best websites were those that scored highest for content, navigation, design and intention to recommend. The most popular websites were those with the highest numbers of votes.

The fact that the Police Academy website received so many votes is a huge compliment to all those involved in maintaining and improving it. We would like to thank everyone who voted for us. We would also like to congratulate all the other winners.
